All orders will ship anywhere from 1-4 days from the date of the order, depending on holidays and weekends and unforeseen acts of super-villany. We offer multiple shipping methods for your convenience.
Ground ($3.95) – this is basic shipping through the USPS, and the method of shipping will depend on your locality. We will select the method of shipping that will result in the comic books arriving in the quickest manner without exceeding the price paid in shipping. For example, shipping from Santa Clarita, CA to Los Angeles is relatively inexpensive and a typical book can be mailed first class. Shipping from Santa Clarita, CA to Miami, FL is more expensive, and the package would need to be shipped Media Mail.
Hawaii & Alaska ($4.95) – For our Alaskan and Hawaiian customers, non-priority shipping is available for $4.95. Hawaiian and Alaskan customers also have Priority Shipping available to them for the same low price as our continental customers.
Priority Shipping ($9.95) – this is the USPS priority shipping, which is guaranteed to arrive within 1-3 days depending on location.
Shipping Fees are waived for all purchased over $150.
We recommend that you purchase Bags and Boards to protect your comics in transit as well as for storage after they arrive. You can add Bags and Boards to your order for 0.20 for each comic book, or you can order them in batches of 100. Pre-Orders
Items ordered from the previews catalog before they go on sale will ship on the Thursday or Friday immediately after they have arrived. Each additional date that we expect to ship a product will increase the shipping price by only $1 to cover additional shipping charges (no $1 doesn't really cover it, but we are nice people and we like you.) This $1 will automatically be added to the shipping cost you see on the website when you checkout.
Back Orders and Sell Outs
From time to time, inventory levels may drop quicker than the information can be updated on the website. If for any reason we are unable to immediately fulfill your order within three days, we will let you know that the items are back ordered. Should you wish to receive a refund, we will grant a full refund either by crediting back the card used for that order or by Gift Card, at your decision. Should you choose to wait for the order to be fulfilled, it will ship within 1-3 days of its arrival. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will immediately refund the price of any outstanding items and give you a coupon code for 10% off your next purchase.
The best way to make sure your orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible is to pre-order your merchandise. Pre-orders always receive priority when shipments arrive.
International Customers
We are happy to ship to any and all nations in which it is legal to do so. To cover our costs though, please understand that we have to institute the same flat price of $19.99 regardless of country, and we will need to limit pre-order shipments to the last week of every month. We are sorry for the inconvenience. In stock merchandise will always be shipped within 1-3 days regardless of country.
